Why the perimeter and not the water
Almost everyone on a lake or a river lot assumes the water is the source, and treats the shoreline. The places that matter are smaller, closer to the house, and mostly around the edges of the garden.

- The season plan starts at $429 for yards up to three quarters of an acre. A single treatment before an event is $65.99 under three quarters of an acre, or $89.99 for three quarters to an acre and a half. Brush control starts at $200 and wildlife work at $99.
- Do you treat waterfront and wooded lots?
- Those are most of the work — riverfront properties, lake homes and cabins are named in the seasonal plan, and the brush service covers lakefront and riverfront edges specifically.
- What does the free assessment involve?
- A licensed professional comes to the property, walks it with you, and talks through what would help. There is no charge and no obligation to book anything afterwards.
