- What does the free assessment involve?
- A licensed professional comes to the property, walks it with you, and talks through what would help. There is no charge and no obligation to book anything afterwards.
- How much does it cost?
- The season plan starts at $429 for yards up to three quarters of an acre. A single treatment before an event is $65.99 under three quarters of an acre, or $89.99 for three quarters to an acre and a half. Brush control starts at $200 and wildlife work at $99.
- Do you treat waterfront and wooded lots?
- Those are most of the work — riverfront properties, lake homes and cabins are named in the seasonal plan, and the brush service covers lakefront and riverfront edges specifically.
- Can you come before a party?
- Yes, and the timing matters: the single treatment is recommended 24 to 48 hours before the event, and it is fast-drying. Graduations, weddings and holiday weekends are the usual ones.
- Do you do brush work as well as spraying?
- Yes. Brush Control & Yard Barrier is a separate service that cuts back and treats the wooded edges, brush lines and tall grass around the spaces you use, starting at $200.
- What about animals in the crawl space?
- Trapping and wildlife relocation starts at $99 — traps or one-way doors set, then follow-up visits.
